For families, groups of friends, couples, individuals and others just looking for some adventure in their life, check out our “Friends and Families” programs. If you are a work group or organization that needs a bonding experience or to work on a facet of your team, take a look at our team building programs. If you are a teacher/student or aspiring supervisor/manager, we can design a leadership development program to show you the value of “leading from the front” and “taking positive, calculated risks.”
We are located less than 20 minutes south of Hartford, Connecticut and 20 minutes north of New Haven, Connecticut at 2011 South Main St in Middletown, CT. We hope to see you soon!

This program is a one-day program that starts at 9am and finishes at 4pm. Throughout the day, participants will not only get to take part in all of our awesome adventure activities like zip lining, tree climbing, scavenger hunts, orienteering and rappelling but will also get to interact with our inspiring staff members. EMPOWER staff members come from various professional backgrounds. We have firemen, policemen, corporate officers, educators and counselors who are here to help your student get the most out of their experience at EMPOWER and put the upcoming school year and events into focus. Don’t let the end of the summer get the kids down…book your spot at EMPOWER for this day long adventure full of leadership and empowering activities designed to get the kids off to a great start at school!
Costs: 1 day program includes breakfast and lunch, zip lining, tree climbing, scavenger hunt, orienteering, rappelling, leadership development training and more! Participants also get a t-shirt at the end of the day. All of this for $175+ tax.
