Teambuilding

EMPOWER TEAMBUILDING is designed to help your group improve communication, build trust, learn to take positive risks, develop individual and group leadership skills, think creatively, set short and long term goals and improve problem solving. The EMPOWER staff will meet with your group’s coordinator prior to the experience to determine what the intended group and individual outcome(s) are. The EMPOWER staff will then design a group-specific program around those desired outcomes. We recognize that each group has different needs and abilities and that is why we customize your teambuilding program to meet YOUR goals and objectives.  Each corporate group, sports team, school leadership committee, church group, girl/boy scout group, etc. will experience a truly unique teambuilding experience at EMPOWER.

Trained EMPOWER staff members facilitate the teambuilding experience from start to finish. The responsibilities of the staff members includes:

1.  An introductory conversation with the group about the upcoming experience

2. Presentation and facilitation of each Group Problem Solving Initiative or activity

3. Facilitation of debriefings and action plans as necessary

4.  We capture the experience with digital photos and provide those to you after the program
