This powerful personal discovery is a highly customized guided one-on-one session with an experienced leadership development coach. Your journey begins the when you schedule your Leadership Odyssey. Beginning at home, the staff member assigned to work with you will contact you to discuss your goals and objectives and to learn more about you as a person. The staff member will then send you a short reading assignment and goal setting survey along with a list of 3 to 5 reflection questions that will assist you in preparing for your EMPOWER session. Then it’s on to the canopy tour where your guide will greet you, provide training, and then travel with you through our course which consists of 5 zip lines and 2 adventure sky bridges, 2 optional climbing elements and 9 platforms. Along the way you will discover emotions and attitudes that will be helpful to you at work and at home. While the experience takes place on our Zip Line Canopy Tour Adventure as you fly through tree tops from zip line to zip line and over our adventure sky bridges and climbing elements- the real power of this expedition will occur inside you.
